Responsibility:
- Leverage strategic, logistical and management expertise to plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid events throughout the life cycle of the event.
- Engage with marketing and sales leaders throughout the organization to understand business objectives and incorporate and align those to event strategies and related activities.
- Lead planning meetings and work with program team leads to design and execute deliverables based on project milestones.
- Maintain a strategic program view and perspective while managing an overall program roadmap and the execution of multiple project workstreams.
- Serve as strategic lead to establish event goals and priorities and ensure all event requirements and objectives are clear and achievable
- Review roles and responsibilities with planning teams to ensure adequate project resourcing and address accordingly
- Create and maintain clear and detailed project plans and ensure project milestones and goals are met and proactively identify and address any roadblocks
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans, communicating with internal stakeholders, steering team and leaders, as needed, in a clear way to drive collaboration and efficiency.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate open communication
- Align with leadership to understand business priorities and develop strategic plans to support these goals
- Remain accountable to success metrics and commitments
- Work with key leaders in the business and the Sales Enablement team to improve processes related to program coordination and participation
- Assist with SharePoint group management (e.g. creation, sharing, collaboration, closing)
- Throughout event, trouble shoot and quickly divert issues that arise; daily huddle with key internal participants to recap and prepare/redirect issues, as needed.
- Define and measure metrics to track the effectiveness and ROI of each event and apply key recommendations to future events to ensure continuous improvement and to raise the bar.
Minimum Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
