- What are the different programs offered by IIEM?
IIEM offers three Certificate Programs:
- Master’s Certificate in Event Management: This is IIEM's top-tier program and consists of six modules, designed for students interested in Corporate Events, Social Events and Wedding Planning. The tuition for this program is $995
- Certificate in Event Management: This program consists of three modules, designed for students interested in Corporate Events. The tuition for this program is $495
- Certificate in Wedding Planning: This program consists of three modules, designed for students interested in Wedding Planning. The tuition for this program is $495.
- How long does it take to complete these Certificate Programs?
Most of our students complete the programs in less than 6 months. It really depends on the time each student can commit to completing the course. Once a student is enrolled, they have a full two years from the date of registration to complete the course.
- I don't have experience in the Event Management industry. Can I still enroll in IIEM’s Certificate Programs?
Yes. In fact, a large section of our students are just beginning their career in the Event Management industry or expecting to change careers. IIEM's Certificate Programs are suited for beginners as well as professionals with several years of industry experience. In summary, students are not required to have industry experience, however a passion for planning events can go a long way in building a successful career.
- What accreditations does IIEM have?
IIEM officially operates as an exempt institution in California, USA, under review of the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). IIEM is also a BBB Accredited Business and meets BBB accreditation standards for organizations based in the United States and Canada. IIEM does not offer degree programs that require academic accreditation.

- How will I access my course materials and assignments?
- Once enrolled, each student will be provided with a unique ID and password. You can then use this password to access the Student's portal, which contains course materials and instructions on how to complete assignments. - Are these Certificate Programs available to International students?
Yes. The International Institute of Event Management is proud to offer these Certificate Programs to students worldwide. We are proud to have students from more than 70 countries across the globe enrolled in our institution. Students can use any major credit card, PayPal or international wire transfers for registration.
- Do students have to attend classroom sessions to complete these Certificate Programs?
- No. All of IIEM's Certificate Programs are fully online. Students have the flexibility to complete these Certificate Programs at their convenience without attending any classroom sessions.
- What is the difference between the Master's Certificate Program and other Certificate Programs?
The Master Certificate requires the completion of all six modules. Our Certificate Program in Event Management or Wedding Planning requires three modules. Students can always complete the three modules for a Certificate Program first and then choose to complete three additional modules to earn a Master’s Certificate in Event Management. Tuition fee for the three additional modules is $195 per module.
